·         Our cleaning team cleans apartments in Alanya. They have done cleaning work for around 400 customers without complaints over the last 5 years.
·         Our cleaning team can perform main cleaning, which should be done once a year (thorough cleaning of the joints between tiles, sofas, blankets, etc.).

COMMON AREAS

Our experienced technical team has performed services in the Alanya area for the last 6 years and has completed many maintenance and renovation jobs. The team performs the following:

INSPECTION SERVICES

Our company has approx. 400 members in Alanya. The largest part of our customers is foreign citizens. They live in Alanya for a maximum of 90 days a year. The rest of the year their apartments will be taken care of by our inspection service.

·         Our inspection service checks the apartment twice a month (if no one lives in the apartment). If we manage the complex, the caretaker cooperates with us regarding the inspection service.
·         Our inspection service checks apartments, opens the main water tap and switches on the electricity.
·         They check the electricity and water meters.
·         Checks for residual leftovers in the refrigerator (if the refrigerator is switched off).
·         The kitchen taps are opened and under the sink is checked if there are water leaks.
·         Checks water drainage on the balconies.
·         Checks if there are any problems with the electricity.
·         Checks walls, floors and ceilings for moisture.
·         All bathrooms, showers and toilets are checked. Especially in relation to water leaks. The toilets are also flushed to "renew" the water level.
·         If necessary, the flowers will be watered.
·         The inspection service opens the doors and windows under their control so that the apartment is aired.
·         The inspection service makes a receipt for the visit. A copy of this will be left in the apartment and a copy will be delivered to our office.
·         All information about the inspection will be sent to the apartment owner by email.

PAYMENT SERVICES

Our payment service monitors your electricity, water, Internet, IPTV, taxes and all other payments.

·         If you are a member of our company and you have a deposit account with us, all your bills will be followed up.
·         Our payment service pays your property fee once a year.
·         Our payment service pays your car and motorcycle fees twice a year.
·         Our payment service is following up on your insurances.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We have a transparent accounting service that is in accordance with the Turkish Law. Our team follows up on our member's deposit accounts, bank connections, revenues and expenses and documents related to them.

·         You will also see your private profile (name, email, address, tax number, phone number, etc.).
·         You can further see movements in your deposit account: payments, outgoing payments, common expenses, electricity and water costs, etc.
·         You can also view payment status of your common expenses (if your complex is managed by us).
·         If we manage your complex, the Board can view the system's accounting information (revenue, expenses, unpaid bill status, scanned documents, monthly payments, bank movements and other details).
·         Our accounting department will inform you of all movements by email.

AIRPORT TRANSFER AND EXCURSIONS

It is possible to book transfer for all flights, - arrival as well as return. The price guarantee of TL 50.00 applies only to direct flights between Norway and Alanya. For all other tours, the minimum price is TL 200.00 to and from Antalya and TL 160.00 to and from Gazipaşa.
